Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

Greet customers as they enter the showroom

Assist walk-in customers in selecting products that suit their needs and budget

Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and warranty

Answer customer queries promptly and professionally
Sales Conversion:
-
Encourage customers to purchase through persuasive and confident communication

Upsell or cross-sell additional products or accessories
-
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the store manager

Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts
Product Knowledge & Display:
-
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s products and services

Ensure proper arrangement, cleanliness, and labeling of showroom items
-
Replenish stock, remove damaged goods, and inform management of low stock

Stay updated with the latest products, trends, and promotions
Customer Service & After-Sales:
-
Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on repeat business
-
Help in processing returns or exchanges as per company policy

Collect customer feedback and report issues or concerns to management

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming store environment
Required Skills & Qualities:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, confident, and courteous in customer interactions

Sales-driven with good negotiation and persuasion ability

Basic knowledge of billing systems or POS (Point of Sale) machines

Ability to work in a team and under pressure
