Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all civil works on site, including but not limited to bar bending, concreting, masonry, plastering, etc.
  • Supervise all finishing works on site, including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, woodwork, tile and stone work, metalwork, air conditioning, paint work, false ceiling, etc.
  • Coordinate with and schedule different teams as necessary
  • Supervise quality of work executed by contractors as per approved drawings
  • Help prepare detailed list of materials required on site, with specification and quantities
  • Check and approve bills/invoices submitted by contractors and vendors
