Job Responsibilities for Site Executive*

• Survey of various projects
  
• Setting up the process for Engineering department get it verified by specialized person
  
• Setting out the plans in accordance with drawing and specification
  
• Prepare schedule of work after analysis
  
• Finalizing the specifications as per the sales requirement
  
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with thespecified requirements
  
• Preparing required material list and submitting them to purchase department.
  
• Preparing financial schedule and submitting them to finance department
  
• Observance of safety requirements
  
• Resolving technical issues with employer's representatives, suppliers, subcontractors
  
• Document various tool available at the workplace
  
• Co-coordinating and finalizing vendors for quality inspection of materials
  
• Supervision of work and labors
  
• Preparing rate analysis for various items and extra amenities
  
• Monthly material statement and checklist
  
• Issue required materials to labors and noting them accordingly
  
• Maintaining of work and time
  
• Maintenance of work executed
  
• Finalizing extra amenities of client and prepare material list for their requirement and co-ordinate the same with purchase department
  
• Quality control in accordance with procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection  and test plans, all prepared by the project, management team and by subcontractors
  
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions
  
• Job review of subordinate staff
  

• A detail oriented individual with good communication skills.
  
• Should be responsible and a good team player.
  
• Candidate having computer knowledge - MS Word, Excel, Power point.
  
• Should have good communication (English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
  
• Candidate should be presentable, energetic and confident. 
  
• Degree/ Diploma in civil engineering -Desired
  
• Posting for Project Site Office in Pune.
