Sitecore Developer (Junior/Associate) — x2
Job Title: Junior/Associate Sitecore Developer
Job Summary: We are hiring Junior Sitecore Developers to support ongoing implementation and enhancement work under the guidance of the Development Lead. This is a great opportunity for developers early in their Sitecore career to build deep platform expertise on enterprise-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and configure Sitecore templates, layouts, renderings, and components under senior guidance
Write clean, testable C#/.NET code following Helix architecture conventions
Support content modeling and item structure setup in Sitecore
Assist with unit testing, bug fixes, and QA remediation
Participate in sprint ceremonies (standups, grooming, retros)
Document technical work and update runbooks/how-to guides
Learn and apply Sitecore best practices (SXA, JSS, Experience Editor, personalization rules)
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of software development experience; 0–2 years with Sitecore specifically (training provided)
Solid foundation in C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
Basic understanding of MVC architecture and web development fundamentals
Eagerness to learn CMS-specific concepts (content trees, templates, renderings)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Sitecore Fundamentals certification a plus (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
