Job description:
- Curriculum development for implementation of e-learning program.
- Content development in your subject expertise for e-learning programs.
- Developing assessments for e-learning programs and other programs based on latest pedagogical principles.
- Take initiative in field testing the program deliverables and generate report for improvements.
- Play a lead role in training of teachers to conduct the program efficiently in schools.
- Research and develop active modules for e-learning education.
- Take up the demo classes of the e-learning product and support sales and marketing team for e-learning programs.
- Conduct orientations for e-learning programs.
- Guiding the teachers ' from subject specific side during the program. Answer queries from school, students, teachers and parents for e-learning.
- Support advocacy team during e-learning program running in schools.
- Establishing a relationship of trust and respect with clients, Parents and Students.
- Working to agreed targets.
- Keeping records and utilizing reporting tools.
