- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)

- Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
- Network with clients and industry professionals
- Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams for coordinated social media campaigns, events, and initiatives
- Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
