Job Description

1. Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure its effectiveness & encouraging the adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture & into all of the company's products & services
2. Work with the product development team to ensure social media tools (for ex. FB connect, and Sharing buttons) are kept up to date
3. Manage social media campaigns & day-to-day activities
1. Strong project management or organizational skills
2. In-depth knowledge & understanding of social media platforms & their respective participants (Facebook, LinkedIn, Digg, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, etc. ) & how they can be deployed in different scenarios
3. Knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company's field
4. Ability to effectively communicate information & ideas in written & verbal format, & build & maintain relationships
5. Team player, with the confidence to take the lead & guide other departments when necessary
6. Good technical understanding & can pick up new tools quickly
7. Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO, public relations, marketing, sales, and community management experience, a plus
