About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the company's social media accounts by creating and posting content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube
2. Brainstorm campaign ideas
3. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
4. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
5. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
6. Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales
7. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
8. Learn and become proficient in internal software systems
9. Create engaging blog and social media content
10. Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for the company
