Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to support individuals, families, and communities by providing counseling, resources, and advocacy. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of social issues, and experience working with vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Support & Case Management

Assess individual and family needs to provide appropriate support services.

Develop and implement personalized intervention plans.

Provide emotional support, counseling, and crisis intervention.

Connect clients with healthcare, legal, financial, and social assistance services.
2. Community Outreach & Advocacy

Raise awareness about social issues such as poverty, domestic abuse, mental health, and child welfare.

Advocate for client rights, access to education, healthcare, and employment opportunities.

Work with government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations to improve social services.
3. Program Development & Implementation

Design and implement community support programs and workshops.

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure impactful results.

Coordinate with stakeholders to improve social service policies and practices.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, interventions, and progress.

Prepare reports for government agencies, NGOs, and funding organizations.

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in social work practices.
