Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to support individuals, families, and communities by providing counseling, resources, and advocacy. Key Responsibilities
1. Client Support & Case Management

Assess individual and family needs to provide appropriate support services.

2. Community Outreach & Advocacy

Work with government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations to improve social services.
3. Program Development & Implementation

Design and implement community support programs and workshops.

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure impactful results.

Coordinate with stakeholders to improve social service policies and practices.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, interventions, and progress.

Prepare reports for government agencies, NGOs, and funding organizations.

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in social work practices.
