Soft Skill Trainer Job in Limitless at Andheri East, Mumbai

Location: Andheri East

• Assisting in training programs and coaching sessions with students, institutions, and NGOs (on confidence-building and personality development)
• Enabling clients to reach their potential, in an efficient and results-oriented manner. (You’ll be trained first on how to bring about the change.)
• Reading relevant research work to refine personality development modules
• Conducting real-life studies and focus groups with students; Designing innovative modules to enhance students’ personality and confidence
• Business Development: Finding the right institutes or resource people to affiliate with, meeting them, and explaining our work to them

• Between 23 and 30 years of age
• Must speak fluent Hindi and/or English
• Does NOT like the “typical” things, and dislikes the “system”
• High energy, strong voice, well-spoken
• Dresses well, is physically fit, and looks presentable when addressing a crowd
• Is able to make an impact in a small group discussion with unknown people
• Speaks confidently in front of a crowd
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, go-getter, works well with minimal supervision/structure
• Loves brainstorming, picks up things fast, and comes up with unique/creative ideas
• Is interested in long-term growth rather than short-term (you will not be paid high in the first 3 months)
