Job Description
General Summary: Work on a simple to
complex software development projects and platforms using emerging
technologies. Understand technical architectural requirements and ensure
effective design, development, validation and support activities. Perform code
development, code reviews, daily troubleshooting and execute assigned
deliverables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and integrate new or existing applications into the technical infrastructure and existing business processes.
- Design, document and code new features on an existing platform.
- Implement automated testing of new features.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex problems in a highly cohesive team environment.
- Enhance productivity through automation, tools and other best practices.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, maintain and/or enhances existing or new systems that are reliable and efficient.
- Interface with project teams, architect, in delivery of components.
- Ensure the deliverables meet ConnectWise global quality standards.
- Ensure compliance to software development policies and procedures.
- Follow best practice guidelines, meet all business requirements and deliver tasks as per project timelines and Global IT quality standards.
- Excellent understanding of the entire project life cycle
- Self-motivated, self-managed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills and perseverance to accomplish objectives.
- Excellent diagnostic, problem solving and issue resolution ability.
- Ability to determine the clients' true business needs.
- Should have knowledge of technology/development platforms such as C#, Java, ASP.net, VB.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL (using MySQL and MS SQL database engines, SQL Server Management, SQL Profiler, SQL Extended Events)
- BE/MCA Graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software development.
