Eligibility Criteria: BTech/ MTech/ MCA passouts of 2019 or 2020
Required skills:
- Good academic scores
- Possess strong Java coding skills and oops concepts
- Excellent knowledge of data structures
- Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, Angular 7 and above, React JS, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, and CSS is a plus
- Good exposure to modern frontend development frameworks
- Good analytical and aptitude skills
- Knowledge of OS, memory management with debug skills
- Exposure to Linux
- Good communication and written skills
Industry experience:
- 0 to 2 years of proven industry experience in Java, data structures, and front end technologies
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated, highly passionate software Developer for Open Enterprise Server, which is part of the File and Print services group, who possess excellent academic scores, talent, skill-set, and confidence to work with a world-class development team at IDC, Micro Focus. The team member will be responsible to work along with the product development team to contribute primarily to the engineering of the product, which includes understanding the requirements and contributing to product development by writing code, and showing complete ownership of assigned modules in terms of quality, schedule, and customer responsiveness. We are looking for people with the right blend of skills, education, communication skills, aptitude, and attitude to fill this exciting and challenging position. Above all, we want people who are smart and get things done.
- Understand customer requirements, their translation to user stories and develop features
- Ability to independently work/code on assigned features by following all quality aspects
- Quickly grasp the design and features of the product modules
- Understand the overall architecture of the product and the dependencies in order to develop a new feature code and fix bugs
- Ability to write clean code and knowledge of running static analyzers and code coverage tools
- Inclined towards innovation, and actively plugged into evaluating emerging technologies for the product betterment
