Job Description
Cloudfinch is building the next generation of SaaS based platforms on the Amazon Cloud and is looking for a Senior Software Developer to help build the platform. This position would be ideal for a software engineer looking to build out a SaaS-based solution with training and guidance.
You have the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. Excellent verbal communication is a requirement, to gather requirements/specifications and provide feedback on platforms we will be building with our clients.
You will be working with technologies requiring practical knowledge of Java, Databases, and web Services. You will be trained to build highly scalable web applications using the Play Framework on the Amazon Cloud.
Cloudfinch is located in the Ballard Estate area of Mumbai. The work environment is relaxed but at the same time challenging. We are very passionate in the products we develop! If you're smart, talented, and excited to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities: 1. Write Play Framework server-side code for web-based applications. Create robust high-volume production applications. You should also have a strong understanding of Java web application development. 2. Build Web services on the Amazon Cloud.
Requirements: A solid foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design practices. Able to wear multiple hats and fill multiple roles and responsibilities. BE, MCA, MS, or MTech in Computer Science.
Bonus Points: Experience with Spring
