Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Post-secondary degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Demonstrated ability to write user documentation
- Knowledge of markup languages (such as DITA XML, Markdown, HTML) and authoring tools (Oxygen).
- Experience documenting detailed technical content such as APIs and SDKs.
- Foundational understanding of UX design and design research.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- English: Fluent
- Experience: 10+years
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with authoring tools and documentation delivery methods
- Experience developing enterprise systems software documentation
- Experience writing for globalization and accessibility
- Experience working in an agile, squad-based, continuous delivery development model Knowledge of HTML
