3. Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and structural programming languages.
4. Can write complex logic in a simple to understand manner.
5. Is aware of Software Engineering Concepts like Coding Standards, Code Maintainability and Documentation of Code.
6. Proficient in C# Language, .NET Platform, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
7. Certification in .NET Framework/C#.

Soft Technical Skills
1. Fairly well-spoken English Skills.
2. Ability to write good English.
3. Well mannered, punctual and confident.
4. Understand Organization Values and follow them.
