Essential Requirements:
- University education or B Tech equivalent with 2 years of automation/manual testing experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the multi-tier architecture
- Understanding of Web Services, MQ
- Should possess working knowledge on Database fundamentals
- Ability to read and understand requirements and design documents
- Proactive and willingness to learn
Desirable Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of functional automation tool either OATS OR Selenium
- Should possess knowledge on TFS
Key Responsibilities:
- Should work closely with the project lead and the execution team while troubleshooting an issue. SLA should be followed for every issue based on the severity
- Should be strong in Web UI automation testing using Selenium OR OATS
- Influences solution design/coding discussions participating of Technical Design meetings
- Assist with Troubleshooting & root cause
- Should possess capabilities to test backend data base (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Should analyze the design, determine coding, programming and integration activities required for the objective in defined project timelines
- Working experience required on test management tools like TFS, QC
