- Basic knowledge about the systems.
- Desktop asset management.
- Inventory submission for Weekly & Monthly summary report.
- Should handle installation Antivirus Software and updating Anti-Virus patches.
- Basic knowledge about the windows patches and other softwares Knowledge in the MS office for reporting.
- Operating Systems (OS) installation / re-installation, upgrades and patches for desktops.
- Follow-up the basic Checklist(s) for desktop deployment.
