• A strong background in Linux/Unix/Oracle/Mysql administration
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Citrix, VMware.
• Practical knowledge of shell scripting and at least one scripting language (Python or Ruby, Perl)
• Understand the Agile process. Process-oriented to provide build at end of sprint cycles required.
• Should have good knowledge of protocols like SS7, MM7, SIGTRAN, SIP, TCP/IP and Diameter.
• Good to have knowledge on location based service and proxy servers, load balancers.
• Experience using package capture tool such as Wireshark

Should have good experience of Fault Management, Change Management / Configuration Management, Problem management and Performance management
