Job Description
Developed and executed function-level unit tests in LDRA Unit 10.2.0 Testbed integrated with NXP S32 Design
Studio, covering wrapper functions, pointer-based APIs, copied structures/arrays, and control/state-driven logic.
● Worked on resolving LDRA test integration issues involving managed stubs, Variable I/O mappings, TCF
configuration, compiler/linker configuration, include dependencies, and hardware-coupled runtime faults.
● Reviewed Embedded C code to understand module functionality and unit-test scope before test implementation.
● Studied functional safety features on the NXP S32K3xx MCUs in an ISO 26262-oriented development
environment, including parity-protected data paths, DCF integrity mechanisms, DMA safety behavior, and
clock-monitoring fault handling, to better understand embedded software reliability.
● Analyzed SIL 3 compliance requirements, mapping software behavior to fault reaction paths and diagnostic coverage
expectations to support safety-critical system analysis.
● Performed Soft Error Analysis on persistent RAM variables by reviewing and documenting safety impact, fault risk,
and candidate detection/protection measures.
● Enhanced a Python utility used for MISRA deviation reporting by improving suppression handling and report
generation.
● Assisted in maintaining VBA-based EEPROM/configuration tooling for the generation of XML, IDL, and
diagnostic output files used in the embedded engineering workflow.
● Used CANalyzer to observe and support CAN communication-related validation activities within embedded system
workflows.
