Software Test Engineer - Automation/ Manual Testing Job in Greenlight Planet at Gurgaon

About the role : Software test Engineer works closely with the in house tech team to continuously design, document and execute test cases for Android Apps, Web portals, automations, APIs, databases by executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)The key accountabilities of the role will be as follows :

Design, Document and Execute test cases for new products or features

Perform Manual, UI/UX, sanity, API, Regression, Database and Functional testing for Android Apps, Web portals, automations and other tools

Monitor technical issues raised by field team, raise tickets if bug found

Handling DevOps for continuously deploying code to different environments with ability to debug environmental issues

Write automated integration/ acceptance tests for the new feature developed using Selenium web driver, cucumber in Ruby. Work closely with developers and product managers for E2E and feature manual testingPerson Specifications : 1. 1+ year of experience in Manual/Automated testing

Strong Knowledge of SQL and databases

Very good exposure of testing applications on wide range of Mobile handset of different vendors

Strong Knowledge of SDLC models, STLC model, Test levels, Testing Techniques, Types of Testing

Working understanding of OOPS and basic programming skills

Critical thinker, extremely detail-oriented and has a deep sense of ownership

Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
