Job Overview
We are looking for a Skilled Spa Therapist to provide professional wellness and relaxation treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and aromatherapy. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on skills, knowledge of various massage techniques, and a customer-friendly approach to ensure a rejuvenating experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Spa & Massage Treatments
- Perform massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, Thai, etc.) based on client preferences.
- Provide body scrubs, wraps, facials, and aromatherapy sessions.
- Ensure proper pressure, techniques, and relaxation methods for each session.
2. Client Consultation & Care
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable therapies.
- Explain the benefits of various treatments and post-care advice.
- Ensure a calm, relaxing environment for the client’s well-being.
3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Maintain clean and sanitized spa equipment, massage tables, and tools.
- Follow spa hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination or injury.
- Ensure all treatments adhere to health and wellness standards.
4. Product Knowledge & Upselling
- Recommend spa products (oils, creams, skincare items) to enhance treatment benefits.
- Promote spa packages and membership deals to clients.
- Stay updated on new wellness trends and techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, or Spa Management.
- Expertise in various massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
- Strong knowledge of essential oils, skincare, and relaxation techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to create a comfortable and professional environment.
