Job Overview

We are looking for a Skilled Spa Therapist to provide professional wellness and relaxation treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and aromatherapy. Key Responsibilities

1. Spa & Massage Treatments

Perform massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, Thai, etc.) based on client preferences.
Provide body scrubs, wraps, facials, and aromatherapy sessions.
Ensure proper pressure, techniques, and relaxation methods for each session.

2. Client Consultation & Care

Assess client needs and recommend suitable therapies.
Explain the benefits of various treatments and post-care advice.
Ensure a calm, relaxing environment for the client’s well-being.

3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance

Maintain clean and sanitized spa equipment, massage tables, and tools.
Follow spa hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination or injury.
Ensure all treatments adhere to health and wellness standards.

4. Product Knowledge & Upselling

Recommend spa products (oils, creams, skincare items) to enhance treatment benefits.
Promote spa packages and membership deals to clients.
Stay updated on new wellness trends and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, or Spa Management.
Expertise in various massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
Strong knowledge of essential oils, skincare, and relaxation techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to create a comfortable and professional environment.
