Overview
The role of the EMEA Project Manager Level-0 is to manage the service delivery for EF&I & Professional Services towards the Customer for multiple projects. The Project Manager will be ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of all projects under their management within the EMEA region. The Infinera EMEA customers consist of terrestrial subsea, long regional carriers and global ISPs.
Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities
The Deployment Project Manager is responsible for the following:

Experience: 2.00-5.00 Years

- Create, maintain, and communicate risk assessments, action registers, issues logs, daily reports, communications plan, financial records, project tracker and internal statistical reports.
- Maintain the Customer Action Register and the customer documentation package.
- Manage customer expectations on implementations, interface with customer remotely and in person, manage support partners and implement best install practices and Quality Assurance standards.
- Host conference calls present at customer meetings and creates presentations
- Report to Service Delivery Manager
- Support with RFP responses & customer quotes

Minimum Qualification & Experience
Experience & Essential Skills
- Excellent in English (Written, oral)
- Understanding of the Project Budgets /financial knowledge/ overall business
- Microsoft Project proficient – Plan creation, development, and control
- SharePoint 365 (Desirable)
- Good Communications Skills
- Project Planning/ Managing, methodical thinking
- Knowledge on DWDM/ SDH Deployment
- Knowledge on Quality standards and Audits (Six Sigma & ISO)
- Site infrastructure knowledge
- Being a team player is paramount
Desirable Skills
- 2+ years project management experience in SDH/DWDM/Metro networks
- Graduate in any Engr. Discipline
