Experience in design and development of jigs & fixtures, SPM. Development of special applications of pneumatic tools and offer customized solutions. Software Expertise in AutoCAD, Solid works.
Job Details:
Ability to handle team of Engineer.
Thorough knowledge of Engineering materials, manufacturing processes, stresses & interfaces (assembly)
Exposure to Pneumatics preferred but not essential.
Ability to design products, jigs & fixtures, allied assemblies as & when required by customers utilizing basic engineering skills.
Ability & exposure to work closely with customer (New Project) & Production.
Through knowledge of ISO requirements.
Exposure to Estimation Process.
Preparation of engineering calculation, drawings & specification.
Preparation of 3D Model and drafting of mechanical system using CAD, SOLID WORKS.
