ROLE- Sr. Executive - Tele-Sales to Sell Car & Bus Rental Services in Mumbai.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Executive - Tele-Sales to sell car and bus rental services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with experience in handling B2B or B2C sales.

This role involves making outbound calls, converting leads into sales, and building long-term relationships with clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES -
• To Work on Qualified Leads (in Internal Portal), received & entered by Tele-Calling Team.
• Understanding Customer’s Requirements in detail to arrive at Rate Quotation. Suggest suitable vehicle options that best suit their needs (Individual & Corporate Clients).
• Convert Enquiries into Booking by Convincing Customers in professional Manner.
• Responsible for End-to-End Service to Customers i.e. Rate Quotation, follow-up, Conversion into Booking & On-Journey Support till Trip completion.
• Manage Internal Systems, Documentation & Creating Sales Reports.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with B2B & B2C lead conversion techniques.
    ✔️ Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills (English, Hindi, Marathi Preferred).
    ✔️ Negotiation & Problem-Solving Abilities.
    ✔️ Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented Mindset.
