BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
· B.com / MBA / M.com or equivalent degree
· Experience in handling escalations from senior leadership
· Ability to analyze and determine root causes, help create preventative actions, and provide clear written responses to members of the executive team.
· Excellent verbal, visual, written and listening skills.
· Demonstrate the ability to self-manage on priority tasks and objectives
· Strong documentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
· Prior experience in Payroll
· Prior experience in managing service delivery/ HR operations
· PMP Certified
· Six Sigma Green Belt certified
