Position: Sr. Python / Lead Engineer

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise: 4-8 years of strong experience in Python, with a proven ability to write clean, efficient code and optimize quality through comprehensive code reviews.

Code Review & Quality Control: Expertise in conducting code reviews to enhance performance and maintain high standards of data quality, with a focus on quality assurance practices.

Tool Customisation & Automation: Hands-on experience in customizing annotation tools and automating tasks to increase operational efficiency.

Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead small teams of at least 3-5 developers, guide them through technical challenges, and mentor junior members to support their professional growth.

Conflict Resolution & Resource Management: Strong skills in resolving conflicts and managing resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at explaining complex technical issues to diverse audiences, delivering constructive feedback, and providing clear updates to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in driving process improvements alongside engineering teams.

Notice period can be of 2 weeks ONLY

Job Location: REMOTE

Note: This is a full time employment

Work Timings: Monday through Friday for 8 hours each day. 4 hours of each day will be worked from 8:30 pm IST to 12:30 am IST so that there are 4 hours of overlap with PST time zone.
