Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Independent Recruiter to manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, target-driven, and capable of handling bulk hiring while working closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles including:
- Quality Inspection
- Sales & Marketing
- Civil Engineers and related roles
- Manage bulk hiring requirements within tight timelines
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower needs
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates independently
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting
- Handle recruitment pressure and consistently deliver results
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 - 6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in real estate or construction sectors
- Proven experience in bulk hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills
Educational Qualification
- MBA in HR preferred
Work Details
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Hyderabad
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
