- Experience with designing and developing applications using .NET development platform (C#, VB.Net)
- Experience with designing and developing applications using Windows workflow. Windows Form application development experience needed,
- Good databases skills (specifically MS SQL Server) .
- Proactively suggest alternative methods & Good research skills
- Ensure a quality technical design that satisfies the business requirements of the client.
- Exposure leading a team of 2-3 members with good mentoring skills
- Excellent problem solving and resolution skills
- Good organization and time management skills
