Calculation of T.D.S in different statutory sections like 194C, 194I, 194H, 194J, 192. etc.
Preparation of tax challan and monitoring deposit in the bank.
Preparation of quarterly e-filling of E-T.D.S.Managing preparation & issuance of the certificate.
Assisting the legal counsel in tax assessment related works; preparing various replies in response to the notice of income-tax authorities, sales tax authorities, and excise authorities as needed.
Prepare and review tax calculations and estimates.
Preparation & review of monthly GST compliances including the filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Drafting and submission of replies to various GST notices issued by the government department.
Verification of all commercial from different sub-departments as per GST statutory compliance.
Other activities falling in purview of tax domain as amended by statutory bodies from time to time.
Reporting & MIS/DATA support to CFO/management as per requirement.
