Assesses the physical and psycho-social needs of patients.
Implements and evaluates individual plan of care.
Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions.
Make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
Prepare equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients
Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and hand items to SURGEON ; OBSTETRICIAN , or other medical practitioner.
Identifies and provides education to patient and/or significant other.
Coordinates resources for complete and effective patient care.
Possesses effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to be well organized and adaptable to changing work environments
Satisfactory attendance record.
Possess the ability to review medical history, clinical information, INR results and the patient’s compliance in regard to anti coagulation management and document findings accurately in electronic health record.
