The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards. The nurse ensures safe, compassionate, and effective care, supports patient recovery, and promotes health education and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
* Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
* Monitor vital signs and observe patients for any changes in condition.
* Maintain accurate and timely nursing records and reports.
* Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and treatments.
* Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene standards are followed.
* Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgical procedures.
* Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
* Educate patients and caregivers about post-treatment home care.
* Handle medical equipment and supplies with care.
* Participate in emergency response and resuscitation procedures (if needed).
* Maintain confidentiality of patient data.
Required Qualifications:
* Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. in Nursing.

* Valid registration with State Nursing Council.
