Qualification: (1) Bachelor’s degree in Law from a University established by Law in India or a qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto; and (2) Must be a subs-tantively appointed incumbent of a post carrying the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- (Pay Band-3), Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- in the Government and must have at least five years experience in the field of legal matters or imparting training or research work in the field of law or conveyancing of legal documents; Or Must be such a subs-tantively appointed incumbent of a post carrying the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- (Pay Band-3), Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- in the Government who have completed a total ten years service including the services rendered by him on the post carrying the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- (Pay Band-2) Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- or higher pay scale prior to his appointment on the said post and must have at least five years experience in the field of legal matters or imparting training or research work in the field of law or conveyancing of legal documents.
