Job Description
· A stock market dealer has to buy, sell and give advice on investment and financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, commodities and mutual funds.
· Dealing on behalf of clients.
· Update client for order and trade on recorded line during market hour.
· Share the daily or weekly advisory report, equity research with them.
· Maintain 0% dealing error.
· Maintain active clients as per the defined norms.
· Maintain daily unique outgoing client call.
· Generate Non-broking revenue from existing clients.
· Ensure resolution of clients query.
· Ensure client meeting as per the defined norms.
· Maintaining records of business on internal software.
· Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines
· To source the business via Open Market & Focus on Opening of Demat Account.
· Handle the back office operations.
