Job Description
STORE EXECUTIVE
Experience: Fresher / Experience in Sales.
Qualification: SSC and Above.
Roles and responsibilities
- Greeting and Welcoming customers. Keep smiling.
- Understand customer needs to recommend, advice leading to sales of Mobile handset& accessories.
- Deal with queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Learn billing & payment process.
- Keep store neat and hygiene at all times including stock display as per set guidelines.
- Follow store rules and process.
Job Description
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product explanation and detailing.
- Explaining other products available to generate lead.
- Helping Co-executives on need for closing sales and selling process.
- Reporting to Store manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in retail, customer service or Sales Experience are preferred.
- Team Player, Positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Ability to learn fast.

Accuracy in stock records vs physical count

Timely issuance and dispatch of materials

Reduction in material damage or pilferage

Adherence to inventory reorder levels
