- Responsible for store operations
- Take steps to ensure that Net Sales targets are achieved
- Stock inventory, controlling expiry and damage, shrinkage
- Cash handling
- Making duty roster for staff
- Customer handling
- Maintaining store operation checklist
- Making store planogram
- Preparing sales & Stock reports on a daily basis
- Taking daily stock inventory
- Conduct programs to improve average bill value
- Make efforts for better ordering, merchandising, and suggestive selling of products to improve sales.
- Review and set up SOP for the Operations for both Store and online business
