The Store Manager will be the face and force of our luxury boutique, combining fashion finesse with business acumen. She will oversee daily operations, manage store staff, ensure top-notch customer experiences, and maintain efficient inventory control. With a deep understanding of fabrics, ethnic and fusion wear, and current fashion trends, she will guide clients with personalized styling advice while driving sales and upholding the brand’s signature charm.

She must be a confident leader, graceful communicator, and solution-oriented professional with at least 1 year of experience in fashion retail. Her presence should reflect poise, warmth, and a passion for women's Wear.

Qualifications

• Customer Experience: Deliver a warm, personalized shopping experience for every client. Understand their style stories and guide them toward the perfect ensemble.
• Fashion Guidance: Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge with a keen understanding of fabrics, cuts, and fashion trends.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage fabric rolls and finished garments, oversee inward/outward garment movements, and coordinate with production.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and inspire store staff to maintain exceptional service standards and team harmony
• Store Operations: Manage daily store activities, upkeep of display, cleanliness, client appointments, and store reports.
• Client Relationships: Build rapport with high-value clients and ensure repeat visits through tailored services and impeccable follow-ups.
