Job Description

Handling customers who visit the store, explain about the sports products and complete the sale, understanding the billing procedures
Keeping store and products neat and tidy. 
Should be able to understand English and Kannada.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate product information
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Maintain proper inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers
Recommend and upsell products to customers to maximize sales
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented
Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement
Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering excellent service
Ability to meet sales targets and work well under pressure
Basic math skills for cash handling
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
