Job Description
- The role of a Strategic Account Manager is to act as a focal point of contact after the client goes live.
- The critical aspects of this job are to manage customer relationships, expectations and customer business.
- He/She will also be responsible for assessment, risk analysis, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelors in any Streams or Masters preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Client Relationship Managers required.
- Open to work in US shifts -
- Fixed Timings (6 pm to 3 am; Mon-Fri).
- Weekends Fixed off
Skills :
- Excellent Communication
- Critical thinking, Project Management & Strong Analytical Skills needed
- Should be good with Multitasking & able to work in a fast-paced environment
