Roles and Responsibilities
· Handling student enquiries
· Generate appointments to potential candidates planning for overseas education
· Explain the entire process and get students to enrol
· Strong follow up with the candidates post enrolment and resolving all queries
· Handling inquiries through calls, social media and website and converting them to admissions
· Achievement of the individual and team target.
Requirement
· Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
· Experience required 1-2 years
· Should be fluent in English, Local language knowledge preferred but not mandatory
· Clear diction and clarity in speech
· Good at basic computer knowledge
· Good convincing and negotiation skills
· Experience in Educational Counselling is preferred (People with call centre background preferred)
· Should be a team player
