Job Description

a. Coordinate Classroom and on-line sessions and resolve schedule conflicts
b. Update schedule / assignment records / grades etc in Learning Management System
c. Maintain daily interaction with Receptionist / Tele caller for potential leads. Follow up with prospective students and ensure conversion for enrolments
d. Handle student queries and maintain Query and Resolution Database
e. Assist teachers with course material updation and maintain course progress
f. Must possess good communication skill and a quick learner
G. Knowledge of computers is essential
