Job Description
Student Counselor/ Admin :
- Handle Inquiry Calls/Walk-in and talk to the parents and children regarding the courses.
- Schedule and manage the classroom sessions on time.
- Handle promotional activities and execute marketing plans as and when required.
- Market the course to the customers and bring them on-board.
- Handle the customer queries and feedback periodically
- Manage the general office operations and staff accordingly
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills required:
- Minimum 1-year customer handling skills required ( Fresher - Marketing skills )
- Handling calls and walk-ins with good marketing skills.
- Any qualification with good English Communication Skills is welcome.
