• We are looking for a talented candidate with good communication and persuasive skills to help us in supporting new student transition. 
  
• You should have a desire to learn about office and administrative functions, be detail oriented, and be committed to working on a team with a unified vision.
  

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries about the course from prospective and incoming students and by phone, chat, email, WhatsApp, and in-person
  
• Establish an understanding of digital marketing concepts and is able to assist prospective students with issues relating to course structure, procedures and manage back end.
  
• Plan and prepare the schedule of each batch according to the program structure, mentors availability and ensuring to communicate same with students in SMS, Whatsapp groups and facebook
  
• Become familiar with program registration process and answer questions as needed
  
• Responding to inquiries from companies and prospective candidates with regards to placements
  
• Responsible to support the students who trained and seeking job opportunities
  
• Responsible to maintain job portal and lookout for job listings (One new job listing every two days).
  
• Post on social media channels if any students got placement
  
• Responsible to maintain the database of the students, ensuring all required documentation has to be done.
