JOB DESCRIPTION:
- About Company: Company offers study abroad consultancy solutions.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Must have minimum 2+years experience in study abroad Education Student Counsellor. ( USA, Canada, Australia UK etc).
- Should be very fluent in English. Hindi and Telugu
- Female Candidates only
Nature of Job:
- Advice study abroad aspirants on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates to make the right choice
- Ensure applications are processed against eligibility criteria (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia & NZ) and all the documentation is done perfectly
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs
- Managing onshore and offshore students, follow up Letter of Offer and enrollments
- Employee must oversee the completion of all relevant visa documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government
- Give clear and accurate information based on current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Should be able to lead a team of entry-level employees and train them appropriately
