Job Description
Candidates required for the position of Student Counselor, having minimum 1-2 years experience as a Student Counselor, Candidate should have a pleasing personality and should be fluent in English. He/She Should be presentable & have good communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:-
- Converting inquiry into admission.
- Handle student walk-ins at the Centre.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Counseling Students and parents about our courses.
- Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output
- Taking reference for the existing admission.
- Managing fee structure & fee software of different programs
- Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrollment system.
- Monitor class schedules to ensure the smooth running of classes
- Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes, and other offers
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
