·         Consistent monitoring to improve service quality and weekly as well as monthly reporting of SLA/Volumes/Issues/Risks and remediation etc.

·         Leading the team of 20 plus engineers across technologies for L1 and L2 support (Windows Client, Server/O365/Desktop and Intune) to make sure operational and BAU activities are delivered as per required standards.

·         Managing the Teams working for Desktop Support, Server Support, Network support, Asset Support and Cyber support.

• Leading team providing L3 administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services.

• Managing Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Intune services.

• Managed MFA configuration and user authentication controls across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
