Job Description

Eligibility:

BE/B.Tech, BCA,B.Sc graduates from 2018 & 2019 Batch with 60% in highest qualification.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring transactions and system health, security, and capacity within the environment.
For Razorpay's top merchants as well as the entire organization.
Alert relevant stakeholders whenever there is an issue with the system.
Flexible with work timings .

Desired Skills and Experience:

Strong communication skills oral & written.
Analytical thinking and proactiveness.
Knowledge of customer service practices
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
Organized and reliable; able to work independently with little direction when necessary
Result oriented individual with a strong work ethic

Salary: 2.5 -3.0 LPA
