Eligibility:
- BE/B.Tech, BCA,B.Sc graduates from 2018 & 2019 Batch with 60% in highest qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring transactions and system health, security, and capacity within the environment.
- For Razorpay's top merchants as well as the entire organization.
- Alert relevant stakeholders whenever there is an issue with the system.
- Flexible with work timings .
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills oral & written.
- Analytical thinking and proactiveness.
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
- Organized and reliable; able to work independently with little direction when necessary
- Result oriented individual with a strong work ethic
Salary: 2.5 -3.0 LPA
