Need a Supervisor with technical knowledge to handle and control both electricians, plumber and housekeeping team in our facility.
Need to handle Housekeeping team properly,
Need to handle Electrical team with knowledgely
Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
Meeting deadlines.
Approving work hours.
Ensure great customer service at all levels.
Plans employee shifts and work schedules
Coordinates job assignments and cross-training between and within divisions
Provides feedback on employee work performance
Prepares reports and updates for upper management
Organizes events that will make a positive impact on employees
Supervises processes and ensure smooth operations
