About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Liaise with customer service team and external suppliers and partners to ensure quality and timeline for order fulfilment
2. Undertake supplier follow-up, quality, packaging and shipping
3. Ensure daily checks on packages being shipped out to ensure they are 100% packed as defined under branding, quality and safety
4. Liaise and coordinate with multiple shipping partners for fulfilment, issue management and escalations
5. Manage and track reporting requirements with delivery partners and internal MIS
6. Ensure sufficient product sample inventory is available in store and for events (when applicable)
7. Ensure sufficient packaging material and other order fulfilment inventory is available and also made available to every supplier partner for drop shipments
8. Ensure ancillary product material availability
