Description: Role : Resolving network issues of Enterprise customers Certifications Required : CCNA, CCNP Domain : Routing & Switching
Essential Skills:-
- Should have experience in LAN/WAN architecture/design: LAN configuration- Vlans, Trunks, Ether-channels STP, SPAN, RSPAN, inter VLAN routing.
- Experience in Advanced LAN switching concepts- CEF, QoS AT, Concepts (catalyst switches)
- Should be able to rout Protocols RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP. TCP/IP, ATM, Frame
- Basic understanding of MPLS, LDP, TDP, MPLS L2/L3 VPNs
- Core Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, SMTP, TELNET, SSH, PORT Numbers
- Willing to work in fixed Night Shifts
- Should have excellent communication (written & verbal) skills.
Job Responsibilities :
- Should be able to troubleshoot Level 1/2 network issues of enterprise customers in the US/CAN region
- Accomplishes to meet all the defined metrics & SLA
- Establishes an effective engagement with customer in both written & verbal communication & ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Prior troubleshooting experience is an added advantage
- Prior experience of Voice based technical support can be considered
