Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are hiring for the position of “Support Executive”
Basic Requirements:-
- Should be Min. 12th pass
- Min. 6 months of experience in Support
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Highly motivated with good communication (both English & Hindi) and listening skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Customer handling, Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of GST will be a plus point
Responsibilities:-
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Preparing reports on customer’ needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate with team members and other departments in order to deliver the service on-time.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
